Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 7 July 2026

1. Who We Are

These terms apply to photography and videography services booked through this website, which is operated by BRIDEYXXX LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 13685383, registered office: 10-12 Barnes High Street, London, SW13 9LW. Contact: support@brideyxxxlimited.com, +44 7494 019661. By placing a booking you agree to these terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy.

2. Bookings

A booking is only confirmed once we have received your payment and confirmed in writing (by email) that your date is available. Dates are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If your date is unavailable after you have paid, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).

3. What Is Included

Each package describes the coverage included. Unless stated otherwise, packages include individual editing of your photographs (colour correction, sharpening and blemish removal) and delivery of edited proofs via a private online gallery, normally within two weeks of the event. Wedding packages include a pre-wedding shoot and a pre-wedding planning meeting.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining any permission needed for photography at your venue, for providing accurate event details, and for ensuring guests are aware photography is taking place. Timings depend on your event running reasonably to schedule; we are not responsible for photographs missed due to late running, venue restrictions or instructions given to us on the day.

5. Copyright and Licence

Copyright in all photographs remains with the photographer, in line with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. You receive a non-exclusive, personal-use licence for all delivered images: you may print, share and reproduce them for personal, non-commercial purposes without further payment. Commercial use requires our prior written consent.

6. Use of Images in Our Portfolio

We only display photographs from your booking in our portfolio, website or social media with your consent, as described in our Privacy Policy. Photographs of children are only ever used with the written consent of a parent or guardian, and consent can be withdrawn at any time.

7. If We Cannot Attend

In the unlikely event that the photographer cannot attend due to illness, injury or emergency, we will make every reasonable effort to provide a suitably experienced replacement photographer of a similar standard. If we cannot do so, you will receive a full refund of everything you have paid. Our liability in these circumstances is limited to the amount you have paid.

8. Our Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Photography relies on equipment and conditions on the day; we use professional equipment and carry backups, but if a technical failure means a material part of your coverage cannot be delivered, we will offer a proportionate refund or, where practical, a reshoot. Subject to the above, our total liability under a booking is limited to the total price you paid for that booking, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Your Statutory Rights

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Details of cancellations and refunds, including your cooling-off rights when booking online, are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Complaints, Governing Law and Jurisdiction

If something is not right, contact us at support@brideyxxxlimited.com and we will do our best to resolve it promptly. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
