Welcome to BRIDEYXXX LIMITED (trading as Vasko Photography). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client") and BRIDEYXXX LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of our website (brideyxxxlimited.com) and the booking of our professional photography services.
By paying a retainer, securing a booking, or using our website, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Bookings, Retainers, and Payment Terms
Due to the high demand for our services and the nature of event photography, we strictly limit our availability.
The Non-Refundable Retainer: To secure your date (especially for weddings and large events), a non-refundable booking fee ("Retainer") is required. This Retainer guarantees that we will turn away all other potential clients for your specific date and time.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance of your chosen photography package must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the event date. If the balance is not cleared by this deadline, we reserve the right to cancel our services and retain the booking fee.
Payment Authorization: By securing your booking with a debit or credit card via our secure payment gateway (Stripe), you authorize us to charge the Retainer and any subsequent agreed balance payments.
3. Artistic License and Creative Control
Photography is a highly subjective art form. By hiring us, you are commissioning the specific artistic style of our primary photographer (Vasko).
Creative Control: We retain absolute creative control over the shooting style, lighting, composition, and post-production editing.
No Subjective Refunds: We will make every professional effort to capture your requested shots; however, due to the unpredictable nature of live events, weather, and lighting, no specific photograph can be guaranteed. We strictly do not offer refunds or re-edits based on subjective dissatisfaction with the artistic outcome, poses, or styling, provided the final images meet our standard professional portfolio quality.
RAW Files: We do not provide unedited or RAW files under any circumstances.
4. Delivery and Archiving
Final edited images will be delivered via a secure online gallery or digital format within the timeframe outlined in your specific package (typically 4-8 weeks for weddings).
Archive Limit: It is the Client's responsibility to download and securely back up their digital images. We only guarantee to archive your images for 6 months following delivery.
5. Force Majeure and Photographer Illness
In the highly unlikely event of severe illness, injury, or an emergency preventing our primary photographer from attending your event:
- We will make every reasonable effort to secure a replacement professional photographer of equal standard.
- If a replacement cannot be found, our total liability is strictly limited to a full refund of all monies paid by you, including the retainer. We shall have no further liability for any indirect or consequential losses.
6. Safe Working Environment
We prioritize the health and safety of our staff. We reserve the right to terminate our photography coverage immediately, and leave the premises without a refund, if our photographer experiences:
- Harassment, threats, or verbal/physical abuse from the Client or any guests.
- Unsafe or hazardous working conditions.
7. Cancellations
Please refer to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy for strict guidelines regarding the forfeiture of retainers and cancellation fees applicable if you choose to cancel or postpone your event.
8. Copyright
Under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, BRIDEYXXX LIMITED retains the absolute copyright to all images captured. The Client is granted a personal print-and-use license for non-commercial purposes. Images may not be altered, sold, or entered into competitions without our express written permission.
