2. Services and bookings

• Any quotes, packages, and availability are subject to confirmation.
• A booking is only confirmed once agreed in writing (including email) and any required deposit is received (if applicable).

3. Payments

Payment terms (including deposits, balances, and due dates) will be set out at the time of booking. Where WooCommerce is used, payment processing is handled through the configured payment provider(s).

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms depend on the service booked and will be confirmed in writing. The rules below apply unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Cancellation & Refunds (Deposits)

How many days' notice is required for a refund, and under what circumstances is the deposit non-refundable?

• If you cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled service date, any booking deposit you have paid is refundable (minus any non-recoverable third‑party fees we have already incurred and can evidence).
• If you cancel less than 30 days before the scheduled service date, the booking deposit is non-refundable. This is because we reserve the date/time for you and may turn away other work.
• If you do not attend (no‑show) or you cancel after the service has started, the deposit (and any fees paid) are non-refundable.
• If we cancel due to circumstances within our control and we cannot reasonably provide the service, you will receive a full refund of any deposit and fees paid.

Rescheduling

• If you request to reschedule at least 30 days before the scheduled service date, we will try to accommodate a new date (subject to availability).
• Rescheduling requests made less than 30 days before the scheduled service date may be treated as a cancellation unless we agree otherwise in writing.

5. Deliverables and turnaround

Estimated delivery times for galleries, edits, albums, or other deliverables are provided in good faith and may vary depending on workload, seasonality, and requirements.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain copyright and intellectual property rights in our work. Client usage rights (if any) will be agreed as part of the booking terms.

7. Website use

You must not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. Content on this website is provided for general information and may change without notice.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
