1. Information We Collect
- Enquiry and booking details — your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue and any details you send us.
- Payment information — payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details on this website.
- Photographs — the photographs we take at your booking contain images of you and your guests and are personal data.
- Website data — limited technical data and cookies, as described in our Cookie Policy.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to enquiries and provide the services you book (performance of a contract).
- To take and deliver your photographs, and to keep records we are legally required to keep (legal obligation).
- To improve our website and services (legitimate interests).
- To display photographs in our portfolio — only with your consent (see section 3).
3. Photographs, Portfolio Use and Children
We only use photographs from your booking in our portfolio, on this website or on social media with your consent, which you can give or refuse when you book and withdraw at any time by emailing us. If you withdraw consent, we will remove the images from our active portfolio as soon as reasonably practicable.
Children: photographs of anyone under 18 are only used in our portfolio with the prior written consent of a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian must be present at all sessions involving children. Parents and guardians may withdraw consent at any time, and we treat children’s images with particular care in line with UK GDPR and ICO guidance.
4. Who We Share Data With
We share personal data only where needed to provide our services: with our payment processor to take payment, with the platform that hosts your private online gallery, and with professional print labs where you order prints or albums. We do not sell your personal data.
5. How Long We Keep Data
Booking and accounting records are kept for up to seven years to meet legal obligations. Private online galleries remain available for at least six months after delivery. Portfolio images are kept while we have your consent.
6. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email support@brideyxxxlimited.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
